Ghosts Of The Light

At night, living shadows patrol the town's outskirts, swallowing anyone foolish enough to leave, while these ghosts fester by day,  feeding on the hope and sanity of anyone trying to escape when it's light.  I don't know about you, but I'd much prefer to be swallowed by the darkness than face insanity, but both don't seem like the only options we should consider.  We stumbled into this town to rest for an evening, and will not let some creatures or curse prevent us from finding the floating city...
